Responsibilities
- Lead benchmarking efforts with reliability experts from SAS and Headquarters (S. Korea).
- Standardize equipment management processes across Infra Technology.
- Implement reliability programs for equipment owned by the Infra Technology team.
- Drive FMEA programs to proactively identify and improve equipment reliability.
- Standardize and monitor Infra-Wide Reliability KPIs.
- Optimize Infra Maintenance Process by implementing improvements.
- Assist in failure analysis and develop root cause analysis for equipment incidents.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- 4 years of manufacturing experience in reliability improvements.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing.
- Reliability certifications (CMPR or CRE) are a plus.
