Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Manage construction general contractor activities for new and retrofit construction.
- Monitor field installations for large engineering design and construction projects.
- Ensure code compliance with mechanical standards and environmental regulations.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues during all phases of work.
- Lead strategic project planning for mechanical systems.
- Develop, review, and approve site construction specifications related to mechanical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field.
- 7+ years of project experience focused on HVAC and plumbing systems in an industrial setting.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Texas or another state.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred.
