Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities to adhere to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Manage Construction General Contractor activities related to new and retrofit construction.
- Monitor field installations for large engineering design and construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with mechanical standards, building codes, plumbing codes, and environmental regulations.
- Identify, track, manage, and communicate project issues during all project phases.
- Lead strategic planning for mechanical systems related to new and retrofit construction.
- Develop, review, and approve site construction specifications related to mechanical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Field.
- 7+ years of project experience in HVAC, plumbing, and related systems in an industrial setting.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Texas or ability to transfer registration from another state.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred.
- Korean bilingual preferred.
