Responsibilities
- Support firmware development workflows and release lifecycle management processes.
- Develop test cases and update tools for product development.
- Triage and root cause system, driver, and device interoperability issues.
- Develop and debug firmware and software for SSD products.
- Debug, optimize, and validate/test SSD firmware on embedded multi-core architectures.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or software-focused Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with firmware development concepts and embedded systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of C/C++ development for embedded systems is desirable.
- Experience with ARM or equivalent embedded multi-core microprocessor architectures is desirable.
- Scripting experience in Python/Perl/JavaScript is desirable.
