Responsibilities
- Monitor FOUP and photo resist inventory and usage.
- Perform root cause analysis for inventory issues and implement solutions.
- Manage the lifecycle of FOUPs, including purchasing and inventory optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes.
- Conduct data analysis and forecasting for production needs.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide training.
- Perform inventory audits in collaboration with the accounting team.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 24 months of experience in test/verification plan creation and defect monitoring.
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and blueprint reading.
- Experience in process analysis and improvement.
- Skills in root cause analysis and validation.
- Ability to work with IT teams for inventory tracking system maintenance.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
