Responsibilities
- Drive the seat actuation program from early design through certification, production, and aftermarket support.
- Build and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk plans while solving problems in real time.
- Connect engineering, supply chain, operations, and quality to keep the team aligned.
- Act as the main customer interface, translating needs into clear deliverables.
- Partner with engineering and quality to navigate aerospace certification requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks quickly and drive solutions that balance speed, cost, and quality.
- Report program health to leadership with clarity and action-oriented recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of program management experience in aerospace or high-tech hardware.
- Comfort working in a lean environment where processes are still being built.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technical details with business goals.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without heavy hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills to earn trust with engineers and executives.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and adjust priorities quickly.
