Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical engineering team, assigning work and providing technical support.
- Define and enforce mechanical engineering quality standards and documentation practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing complex mechanical systems; 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in CAD modeling and mechanical design fundamentals.
- Experience with hardware designed for harsh environments (e.g., maritime, aerospace).
- Hands-on experience in design, build, and test cycles for reliable products.
- Excellent communication and technical review skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring precision and urgency.
