PV Project Engineering Intern

The PV Project Engineering Intern role focuses on designing and analyzing Utility-Scale PV Projects within the PV team, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop layouts and conduct energy assessments.

• Create dedicated PV layouts and support constructability and design.
• Run energy estimates using PVsyst.
• Support internal project and optimization teams with technical and administrative tasks.
• Review PPA, IA, and RFPs for internal projects while assisting the interconnection team.
• Collaborate with finance teams for project sensitivity analysis.
• Support software development for enhancements to internal tools.
• Test new software with support from software and PV engineers.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Technical knowledge of PV and electrical systems is a plus.
• Understanding of project economics for cost-efficient system design is a plus.
