Responsibilities
- Support blade damage dispositions.
- Perform turbine control, mechanical, and electrical system issue dispositions.
- Analyze existing failure modes in the RWECE fleet.
- Evaluate the criticality of each failure mode in terms of risk and cost.
- Support repair crews with diagnostics and repairs.
- Perform blade repair reports and quality reviews.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action for blade damages and failures.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited university program pursuing a degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer science engineering.
- Preferred experience in the wind energy sector.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
