Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, manage, and coordinate the PV and BES Engineering Design efforts.
- Resolve issues during the development and construction process.
- Ensure design deliverables meet internal engineering standards.
- Manage internal and external resources for technical support.
- Review and confirm the accuracy of work performed by engineering staff.
- Mentor engineering staff and support their growth.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance checks by engineering staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- PE Registration as a Professional Engineer required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable energy projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Renewable Engineering and team leadership.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Competence with software tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.
