Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Mission Critical Electrical QA/QC Program.
- Define company-wide quality standards and inspection protocols.
- Serve as the senior quality representative with clients and inspectors.
- Oversee QA/QC execution for complex electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and codes.
- Manage QA/QC documentation and turnover processes.
- Build and mentor QA/QC teams, fostering a culture of quality ownership.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience with a focus on QA/QC leadership.
- Proven experience in mission-critical or advanced manufacturing projects.
- Deep knowledge of electrical installation standards and codes.
- Strong communication skills with teams and clients.
- Ability to travel nationwide for project support.
- Preferred experience in data centers or high-availability facilities.
- Knowledge of working with AHJs and third-party inspection agencies.
