Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and supplier execution for Roku’s Players and Remote product lines.
- Integrate Program Management, Technical Operations, and Quality into a single operating model.
- Monitor and report on readiness, risks, and trade-offs to executives.
- Collaborate with suppliers on production readiness and capacity planning.
- Support NPI development ensuring engineering rigor and validation.
- Identify cost-down opportunities in design and processes.
- Mentor a global team of senior program managers and foster a culture of accountability.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in operations, technical program management, or manufacturing leadership.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes including NPI validation and yield analysis.
- Proven track record of supplier collaboration for quality improvements.
- Experience with design for excellence (DFx) and automation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for influencing executives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally (15-20%).
