Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and supplier execution for Roku’s Players and Remote product lines.
- Integrate Program Management, Technical Operations, and Quality into a unified operating model.
- Maintain executive alignment through clear reporting on project readiness, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with ODMs and suppliers for production readiness and ramp-to-volume.
- Drive capacity planning and risk assessments for stable production.
- Partner with Engineering for design validation and process optimization.
- Mentor a global team of senior program managers, fostering accountability and clear communication.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in operations, technical program management, or manufacturing leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier collaboration.
- Experience with DFx, automation, and packaging optimization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally (15-20%).
- Proven track record of managing product launches and driving yield improvements.
