Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering concepts.
  • Work on creating FEA models for new and updated designs.
  • Analyze critical rocket engine hardware.
  • Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns.
  • Provide progress updates in frequent 1:1 meetings with supervisors.
  • Engage in real challenges within a fast-paced group of professionals.
  • Contribute to the setup of launch pads and test sites.

Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in software like Python, ANYS, Siemens NX, Matlab, or Solidworks.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is advantageous.
  • Full-time availability for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks starting August or September 2025.
