Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering knowledge.
- Participate in solving real engineering challenges.
- Attend regular meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Engage in tech talks and networking events with interns and employees.
- Contribute to the development and qualification of manufacturing processes.
- Work with advanced manufacturing techniques and machinery.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering, physics, or math.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in high-performing teams.
- Strong collaboration skills to lead projects without supervision.
- Hands-on experience with welding, assembly, or machining is a plus.
- Knowledge of CAD and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing is desirable.
