Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a mentor and team members to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Engage in solving real engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in frequent one-on-one meetings with mentors and supervisors for guidance and progress updates.
- Attend tech talks and network with interns and employees through events.
- Assist in the application of advanced manufacturing techniques, including 3D printing.
- Support the development and qualification of manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the timely delivery of projects and missions.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in engineering, physics, or math with at least one semester remaining post-internship.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience (internship, lab, or projects).
- Preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Hands-on experience with welding, assembly, or machining.
- Familiarity with CAD and knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks starting May or June 2025.
