Responsibilities
- Support the Neutron Stage and Ground Fluid System Team.
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering knowledge.
- Participate in 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors for progress updates.
- Engage in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to solve real engineering challenges.
- Contribute to development projects while gaining technical and professional skills.
- Maintain a focus on learning and growth within a high-performing team.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining post-internship.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0; 3.5 or above is preferred.
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience is required.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM is a plus.
- Knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer is desirable.
- Experience in designing, building, and testing hardware is beneficial.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
