Responsibilities
- Support the Neutron team in hardware procurement and testing.
- Conduct qualification tests to ensure components meet functional requirements.
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering concepts.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Engage in development projects with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s, master's, or doctorate program in engineering, physics, or math.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and work in small teams.
- Experience with CAD/CAM, CNC, 3D printing, and Python is preferred.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and materials science is a plus.
- Commitment to work full-time on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks.
