Responsibilities
- Work closely with mentors and team members to apply engineering knowledge.
- Solve real challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend regular one-on-one meetings for guidance and progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events.
- Collaborate with high-performing teams on development projects.
- Assist in the design and testing of electrical hardware modules.
- Contribute to the success of the Avionics Design team.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an engineering or related degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Familiarity with schematic capture tools and circuit building is preferred.
- Experience in PCB/PCBA layout design and electronics test equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VHDL, or Verilog.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
