Responsibilities
- Work closely with mentors and team members to apply engineering knowledge.
- Collaborate with a fast-paced group to solve real challenges.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events.
- Assist in designing and testing Neutron’s structures and components.
- Support the setup of Neutron’s launch pads and test sites.
- Engage in hands-on experience with Archimedes engines.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience.
- Experience with CAD/CAM and GD&T drafting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and 3D printing.
- Knowledge of programs such as ANSYS, Matlab, Siemens NX is a plus.
- Propulsion experience is desirable.
