Responsibilities
- Lead and own FMEA for the robot
- Develop test plans at the component, subsystem, and robot level
- Prioritize testing based on risk and schedule constraints
- Execute on test plans, collaborating with mechanical, embedded, and software teams if needed
- Analyze results of testing and make recommendations to the team
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in reliability engineering or related test field
- Proficiency in reliability engineering principles, statistics, and failure analysis techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, embedded)
