Responsibilities
- Manage contractual agreements with various stakeholders.
- Ensure daily corporate documentation is completed and accurate.
- Coordinate timely completion and procurement of materials and equipment.
- Negotiate and issue subcontract agreements.
- Process shop drawings and maintain as-built drawings.
- Provide cost forecasts for project completion and outstanding work.
- Ensure efficient job closeout and keep management informed.
Job Requirements
- Experience of 3-5 years in a related position.
- College/university degree or equivalent experience.
- Competence in conventional aspects of project engineering.
- Ability to work independently and devise solutions to problems.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with project management processes and documentation.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
