Responsibilities
- Design and manufacture wind tunnel models and test assets.
- Manage manufacturing, assembly, and logistics of test assets.
- Set up and specify data acquisition systems and instrumentation.
- Produce engineering drawings for component manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Aerodynamicists to develop new technologies.
- Support Aerodynamicists with parametric CAD models for CFD analysis.
- Design fixtures for testing and validating designs across fluid dynamics disciplines.
Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in automotive or motorsport industry.
- High proficiency in parametric 3D CAD modeling (preferably Catia).
- Strong understanding of design for manufacturing.
- Manufacturing experience preferred (welding, turning, 3D printing, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience with instrumentation and data collection (e.g., pressure tapping, anemometers).
