Responsibilities
- Lead material readiness and program execution for ECU components.
- Drive strategic sourcing and cost management through RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.
- Proactively manage supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Oversee inventory levels and financial efficiency at Contract Manufacturers.
- Ensure component lifecycle stability and manage obsolescence.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics.
- Collaborate across Engineering and Operations to ensure material availability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in material program management or supply chain management.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Electronics Control Units or complex PCBA assemblies.
- Proven experience managing materials across the entire product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex supply chains.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
