Responsibilities
- Lead Material Readiness and Program Execution for ECU components.
- Drive Strategic Sourcing and Cost Management through RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.
- Proactively Manage Supply Chain Risk by implementing mitigation plans.
- Oversee Inventory and Financial Efficiency to minimize Excess and Obsolete material.
- Ensure Component Lifecycle Stability through collaboration with Engineering.
- Manage Supplier Relationship and Performance, including contractual negotiations.
- Analyze complex problems and data sets to derive actionable results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in material program management or supply chain management.
- Minimum 3+ years of direct experience with Electronics Control Units or complex PCBA electronic assemblies.
- Proven experience with managing materials across the entire product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop alternative sourcing solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
