Responsibilities
- Lead material readiness and program execution for ECU components.
- Drive strategic sourcing and cost management processes.
- Proactively manage supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Oversee inventory levels and financial efficiency at Contract Manufacturers.
- Ensure component lifecycle stability through collaboration with engineering.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics.
- Conduct negotiations on contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in material program management or supply chain management.
- 3+ years of experience with Electronics Control Units or complex PCBA electronic assemblies.
- Proven expertise in managing materials through the product lifecycle.
- Experience with "Risk Buy" strategies and sourcing solutions.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
