Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical hardware components from concept to launch.
- Conduct validation builds, tests, and analysis of components.
- Document test processes and results.
- Perform root cause analysis of failures in assembly and testing.
- Conduct tolerance analysis for new component and fixture designs.
- Lead supplier discussions on mechanical design and development tasks.
- Demonstrate curiosity and high learning agility.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Automotive or equivalent, or a Master's Degree.
- B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
- CAD experience, ideally with Catia V6.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T.
- Strong understanding of engineering first principles.
- Ability to self-direct while managing ambiguity.
