Responsibilities
- Manage IT Hardware and Telecom procurement, including drafting RFPs and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet technical requirements and track sourcing progress.
- Conduct spend analysis and develop category strategy.
- Facilitate the strategic sourcing process independently.
- Analyze supplier quotations and historical spend data for optimization opportunities.
- Lead sourcing projects and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Establish and lead quarterly business reviews with strategic suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of relevant IT Hardware & Telecom procurement experience.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with effective project management skills.
- Proactive and adaptive to a fast-paced environment.
