Responsibilities
- Design and test software for vehicle dynamics controls
- Work with systems engineers to define requirements
- Collaborate with integration engineers for thorough code testing before deployment
- Contribute to the automated test framework for Unit, SIL, HIL, and Cloud
- Develop simulation models for software in the loop testing of propulsion controls
- Conduct field testing of prototype software with 2-5 weeks of travel per year
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree (Masters Preferred) in mechanical engineering, software engineering, or related fields
- Hands-on engineering experience
- Proficient in software development processes and relevant tools
- Proficiency with C/C++ and Python
- Familiarity with vehicle physics
