Responsibilities
- Support vehicle-level software validation testing on chassis dynamometers.
- Lead development and integration of new test hardware, software, and sensors.
- Define and document additional test cases for automation using HIL equipment.
- Advocate for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Report recurring issues and engage with relevant parties for resolution.
- Perform data analysis to diagnose test failures and propose solutions.
- Troubleshoot software/electrical issues with test equipment and vehicles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in testing complex systems, preferably in automotive or aerospace.
- Familiarity with EV platforms and vehicle software architecture.
- Knowledge of chassis or engine dynamometer systems.
- Proficient in data analysis and reading wiring schematics.
- Understanding of CAN/LIN networks and data acquisition systems.
- Basic Python coding skills and problem-solving abilities.
