Responsibilities
- Apply reliability engineering concepts to enhance reliability for low voltage electrical systems.
- Use statistics to identify reliability trends and provide risk assessments.
- Develop tools and processes to monitor fleet health metrics for electronics.
- Conduct root cause investigations with a focus on physics of failure.
- Review test and end-of-line data from electronic Contract Manufacturers to identify risks.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure product robustness.
- Deploy reliability testing guidelines and innovate testing methods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years in a reliability engineering role.
- Strong technical background in applied statistics for reliability.
- Experience with coding, preferably in Python.
- Knowledge of Highly Accelerated Testing methods and failure mechanisms.
- Familiarity with PCBA reliability aspects and manufacturing audits.
- Experience in developing reliability testing guidelines.
