Responsibilities
- Establish production testing specifications for feasibility and scalability.
- Define and drive the industrialization of ECU manufacturing processes.
- Support program budget activities, reviewing tooling and equipment expenditures.
- Complete PFMEA and PPAP, optimizing manufacturing processes for volume production.
- Identify high-risk areas in production and engineering design cycles.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders for DFx analysis.
- Manage manufacturing of electronic modules from prototype to series production.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for electronic modules.
- Experience with engineering design change and change control.
- Strong background in developing manufacturing procedures for high-volume production.
- Knowledge of solderability specifications and IPC standards.
- Experience with production capacity analysis.
- Expertise in failure analysis of electronic modules.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
