Responsibilities
- Establish production testing specifications for feasibility and scalability.
- Define and drive the industrialization of ECU manufacturing processes.
- Support program budget activities, reviewing tooling and equipment expenditures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to complete PFMEA and PPAP; optimize manufacturing processes.
- Identify high-risk areas in production and engineering design cycles.
- Conduct DFx analysis with manufacturers to optimize processes.
- Manage the manufacturing of electronic modules from prototype builds to series production.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for electronic modules.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering design change and change control.
- Strong background in manufacturing procedures for high-volume production.
- Knowledge of solderability specifications and IPC standards.
- Experience with production capacity analysis.
- Expertise in failure analysis of electronic modules.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
