Responsibilities
- Complete assigned projects to test and apply engineering skills.
- Identify and track new products/features, interfacing with internal teams.
- Review, test, and write procedures for service team members.
- Assist in services focused testing of Ribbon products.
- Help with the installation and configuration of servers in the lab.
- Learn and apply standard wiring practices for IP network infrastructure.
- Assist in inventory management of Ribbon assets.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a University Degree program for Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions.
- Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, UNIX & Linux.
- Basic understanding of IP networking.
- Knowledge of cloud services and database concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work safely with small hand tools.
