Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development on antennas, apertures, and arrays.
- Engage in the complete development life cycle from initial concept to field testing.
- Utilize RF knowledge and understanding of electromagnetics fundamentals.
- Use 3D electromagnetic simulation tools and RF test equipment.
- Participate in cross-functional design reviews.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for design qualification.
- Analyze design risks and communicate concerns to supervisors.
Job Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience or an advanced degree in Electromagnetics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, VBA, Python, or Matlab.
- Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Experience in ensuring design meets performance, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
