Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to a team of application engineers.
- Define technical engagement strategies for key customers.
- Architect and design complex system-level solutions.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for marketing and sales teams.

- Mentor and develop the application engineering team.
- Oversee the creation of technical presentations and support for customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in application engineering or systems engineering.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing hardware and software engineers.
- Extensive customer-facing experience with senior technical contacts.
- Deep technical expertise in embedded systems and circuit design.
- Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
