Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy for yield analytics solutions.
- Lead initiatives integrating advanced data analytics and machine learning into yield improvement.
- Identify yield improvement opportunities through collaboration with various teams.
- Drive technology yield improvements for cost efficiency.
- Monitor team activities to ensure timely and accurate data.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years in semiconductor foundry yield improvement, with 3-5 years in leadership.
- Experience in developing analytics solutions for yield improvement.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and yield analysis.
- Proven track record in leading global cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in data analytics platforms and programming languages.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Good communication and strong leadership skills.
