Responsibilities
- Own schedule adherence, risk management, and reporting for operational readiness across engineering functions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to operational readiness.
- Present updates, risks, and recommendations to the executive team.
- Collaborate with PMOs and department leaders to integrate non-hardware workstreams into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Establish goals and metrics to monitor operational performance and improve efficiency.
- Facilitate communication within departments and across programs to ensure transparency.
- Standardize and improve program management methodologies and best practices across engineering efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related fields; preferred in aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
- 7+ years in a Program Management role leading cross-functional programs.
- Experience leading hardware teams from concept through delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
- A systems mindset to identify program dependencies and risks.
- Experience with launch vehicles or aerospace hardware is a plus.
