Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and supplier management for propulsion to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including supplier selection and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to align procurement with program milestones.
- Drive supplier performance through risk management, contract negotiations, and milestone tracking.
- Mentor and support team members in aerospace manufacturing processes and supplier development.
- Act as a thought leader for propulsion commodities, improving sourcing processes and supplier health.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring program readiness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and milestone management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as machining, forming, and welding.
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards, and supplier qualifications.
