Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create timelines for Avionics Box, Harness, and Instrumentation delivery.
- Monitor and report progress towards organizational goals and milestones.
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Present budget and schedule trades with recommendations for program improvement.
- Manage resources across teams to ensure efficient utilization.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure program status transparency.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing leaders on strategic decisions related to the program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related fields; aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineering preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a program management role on complex technical projects.
- Experience managing programs across matrix organizations and developing sustainable processes.
- Background in manufacturing and factory development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and strategic discussions.
- Preferred experience in hardware product development and high-volume operations.
