Responsibilities
- Manage civil and structural aspects of construction projects, including proposals and bidding.
- Connect internal technical teams to define various architectural and engineering requirements.
- Provide technical support throughout procurement, construction, operation, and maintenance processes.
- Oversee construction management, including field supervision and QA/QC.
- Utilize CAD programs and structural analysis software for project execution.
- Drive project progress and report developments to remote management.
- Work in dynamic environments and adapt to constant changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with AISC, ACI, ASCE 7, and IBC codes.
- Experience in construction procedures, documentation, and contractor management.
- Proficient in CAD software, including NX and AutoCAD, and structural analysis tools.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Ability to work within 3D models and manage projects effectively.
- Clearance for on-site work at government partner locations is required.
