Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical utility construction activities for launch facilities.
- Develop construction drawings and manage request for proposals.
- Evaluate competitive bids and select subcontractors.
- Design electrical systems and supply design requirements for hazardous areas.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Develop optimized workflows and responsibilities for the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient experience in the construction industry with electrical systems.
- Experience in project management and execution in the construction sector.
- Demonstrated leadership in complex projects with matrixed teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multidisciplinary groups.
- Nice to have: experience with DOD, USAF/USSF, and/or NASA.
- Nice to have: Professional Engineer (PE) License.
