Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a high-performing Supplier Development Engineering team.
- Set and execute the supplier development strategy and reliability roadmap.
- Drive supplier performance management and establish key metrics.
- Own major supplier risk escalation and resolution.
- Lead cross-functional alignment on supplier qualification and technical requirements.
- Oversee technical and operational execution related to supplier qualification.
- Influence the implementation of key quality initiatives across teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field).
- 10+ years of experience in Supplier Industrialization or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience.
- Expert knowledge of quality systems (AS9100/ISO 9001) and core quality tools.
- Demonstrated capability to build processes from the ground up.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work week.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (nice to have).
