Responsibilities
- Connect various technical teams to define project requirements.
- Manage development, design, and construction of new infrastructure projects.
- Develop construction drawings and request for proposals.
- Oversee competitive bidding and contractor selection.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and construction management.
- Plan and execute work to meet cost and schedule requirements.
- Support test operations during processing and operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with design documentation and construction management.
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF design.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
