Responsibilities
- Develop and refine robotic handling systems for battery sorting.
- Design and optimize conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
- Integrate sensors, motors, actuators, and control systems.
- Collaborate with software, automation, and imaging teams for precise classification.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.
- Design systems for safe operation in automated environments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in conveyor system design and material handling automation.
- Strong understanding of motion control, robotics, and industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electromechanical actuation.
- Experience with industrial robots and vision systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely in challenging conditions.
