Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design and development of energy conversion products from concept to deployment.
- Perform mechanical analysis (CFD, FEA, thermal) to validate designs.
- Collaborate with electrical and systems engineers for system integration.
- Select materials and components while ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Act as the primary mechanical engineering expert and drive innovation.

Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on power conversion or energy storage.
- Proven hands-on design and launch experience in medium-to-high volume production.
- Proficiency in CAD and analysis tools (CFD, FEA).
- Self-motivated and capable of managing work in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in challenging conditions and meet productivity standards.
