Responsibilities
- Execute component-level mechanical design and development for energy conversion products.
- Drive innovation and solve technical challenges as a mechanical engineering team member.
- Perform mechanical analysis (CFD, FEA, thermal, etc.) to validate designs.
- Collaborate with electrical and systems engineers for seamless integration.
- Select materials and components, working with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced startup culture.
- Manage work effectively in a startup environment, balancing multiple priorities.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Understanding of high voltage electronics and supporting mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
- Basic experience in analysis tools (CFD, FEA) preferred.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
- Willingness to work in office, lab, and occasional field environments.
