Responsibilities
- Evaluate manufacturing processes through research and design.
- Develop manufacturing processes based on product requirements.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow and equipment layout.
- Assure product and process quality by designing and conducting tests.
- Provide manufacturing decision-making information through cost calculations and production schedules.
- Maintain operational equipment by coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare reports on product and process data.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with CAD and CAM software.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Master problem solver with root cause analysis experience.
