Responsibilities
- Design and construct a prototype x-ray imaging system.
- Use SolidWorks CAD software for design work.
- Procure or print prototype parts and construct assemblies.
- Communicate design work, document progress, and present results.

- Report any quality problems or defects to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor or Master of Science degree program in Mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace engineering.
- Commitment to a 10-week internship starting in May or June 2025.
- Reside within daily commuting distance during the internship.
- Solid foundation in mechanical design, preferably with SolidWorks experience.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical design, prototyping, and integration preferred.
