Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing processes in collaboration with team members.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Create work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Support bill-of-material creation and change management processes.
- Review designs for cost, test, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Research and evaluate processes for manufacturing improvements.
- Assist in integrating a product lifecycle management system.
Job Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience with manufacturing hardware through projects or internships.
- CAD experience with programs like Onshape or SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. Government regulations.
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher).
