Responsibilities
- Develop ATE test programs and integrate various test functions for silicon bring-up in the NPI phase.
- Define RF test strategies, plans, and procedures based on product specifications.
- Collaborate with design and qualification teams to align test objectives.
- Perform design characterization and validation on ATE across PVT, communicating results to cross-functional teams.
- Utilize ATE test tools and external instruments for debugging issues.
- Support continuous improvement activities during and post NPI phase, focusing on yield and quality.
- Be self-driven to quickly learn various aspects of test developments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in developing automated production test solutions for RF transceivers and mixed signal devices.
- Knowledge of ATE test tools and external instruments like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for design characterization and validation.
- Self-motivated and quick learner in test development processes.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in testing and product quality.
