Responsibilities
- Prepares engineering plans, designs, specifications, and standards.
- Develops engineering studies to support program objectives.
- Conducts research for system compliance requirements.
- Prepares cost estimates and project evaluations.
- Coordinates with internal and external customers for project requirements.
- Manages job work orders and project documentation.
- Supports emergency response efforts as needed.
Job Requirements
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of experience.
- Knowledge sufficient for independent project work and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and project management skills.
- Proficient in PC and design software, including AutoCAD.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in project cost estimating or scheduling preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering economics and analysis.
