Responsibilities
- Own reliability processes for photonic semiconductor components, implement design rule changes for reliability improvements.
- Maintain/write reliability plans and documents.
- Collaborate with test and foundry reliability teams to complete reliability testing and qualifications.
- Review and assess reliability reports and plans with design team and Foundry.
- Drive interactions between PsiQ photonic/electronic design and reliability teams and Foundry.
- Plan and execute wafer and die level qualifications for system builds.
- Engage with various teams in product qualification and drive debug of technology/process issues.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor and reliability technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor wafer level reliability and standards.
- Proven experience with reliability, product qualification methodologies, and yield engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in quantum computing and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
